CARRYING OUT THE JOB
- Technician calls customer to schedule appointment.
- Customer receives confirmation.
- Technician arrives on site to complete the service request.

In-warranty Repair

As a Defy Authorised Service Centre, we take great care in ensuring you receive a premium after sale service on your Defy appliance. All repairs are professionally attended to, ensuring an emphasis on quality workmanship and quick turnaround time. All our technicians are expertly trained and have many years experience to give you the best possible service.

The process to follow when you need assistance with an in-warranty repair claim is as follows:

Step 1 – Log the call on the Defy Call Centre number – 0861 003 339

Step 2 – You will receive a job number and a technician will be assigned to your job.

Step 3 – If you did not receive any communication from a Defy technician within 24 hours, you may call us on 021 817 4550 and we will gladly assist to speed up the process.

Out-of-warranty Repair

If your warranty has expired, don’t despair. We treat each customer with the same care and professionalism. Be assured that your appliance is in great hands, and we will make every effort to give you an affordable and quality service. After all, you are a Defy client and we appreciate your loyalty.

The process to follow when you need assistance with out of warranty repairs is as follows:

1. Log the call with us on – 021 817 4550


2. You will receive a job number and a technician will be assigned to your job.


3. Once diagnosed, the technician will give you a quote to repair.


4. On acceptance of quote, we will proceed to complete repair.
All repairs carry a 3 month guarantee on the parts and workmanship

Appliance Sales

All major domestic, small domestic and aircon DEFY products may be purchased from us which may include at an additional cost, delivery and installation done expertly by our qualified technicians.

Original DEFY Spare Parts

We carry an extensive range of GENUINE DEFY PARTS to the DIY customer. You may collect at the store or arrange for a courier delivery when ordering your part.

For any DEFY spare parts or appliance enquiries, call us on 021 817 4550 and we will be more than happy to assist with any part requests.

Appliance Sales
